How to debunk the billions of years required by evolutionists.

Evolution requires hundreds of millions of years to allegedly have enough time for creatures to change kinds (evolve). Thus, when their pseudo-evidence is debunked, then they are exposed as believing in error. One bit of pseudo-evidence they routinely cite is the many layers of the crust. They'll explain that the layers deposited over 100,000 to million years for each layer. And for this reason, the many layers represent hundreds of millions of years. This is wrong for several reasons: 1. When soil is deposited by the slow natural uniformitarian process, it doesn't exclusively deposit only sand for 100,000 years, then limestone for the next million years, then mud with biomass for a million years, then mud without biomass for a million years, and so forth. No, all the soil sediment is mixed together. But when we look at the crust of the earth, the soil is in layers and segregated. This proves that the soil was once mixed together in a global flood, then as the soil settled, it settled according to density and formed layers. We can test this by mixing soil in water, then let it settle. 100% of the time the soil will settle in layers based on its density. Therefore, the layers of the crust is proof positive that the soil came quickly, was mixed together in a global flood, and then settled according to density. Based on the scientific method, we are able to observe that the Bible's global Flood matches perfectly with the empirical data of the soil in the crust, and that the slow deposit hypothesis that evolutionists use (uniformitarian) is incongruous with the observable evidence. Furthermore, we can test that soil settles in water in layers, just as the Biblical Flood caused, and each test testifies against the old age belief required to support evolution. 2. Meteorites usually get burned up in the atmosphere. However, roughly ~50,000 meteorites hit Earth each year. But did you know that there are no meteorites found in the lower layers of the crust. If evolutionary geologists are correct, and each layer is estimated to be 100,000 to million years old, then there should be ~5 billion meteorites per layer. Therefore, either no meteorites hit the earth for 100s of millions of years, or the layers of the crust came quickly from the global Flood of Genesis. The only logical conclusion is that the soil came quickly, and for this reason alone, there is not enough time for evolution. 3. There are no erosion marks between each layer. The layers are uniformly deposited without the usual erosion marks that comes from rain. Thus, either there was no rain on the earth while each layer was slowly being deposited over millions of years, or the layers came quickly from the catastrophic Flood of Genesis and the soil settled in layers according to their density. And for this reason, the soil was deposited quickly to account for no erosion marks from rain. That is, the Genesis catastrophic Flood. 4. Polystrata petrification and fossilization. There are observable evidences of petrified trees that transcend what evolutionary geologist call millions of years. No tree will wait around for the layers to slowly accumulate. Once the first layer comes, the tree will die and decay to dust before the second layer could finish. Thus, each petrified tree transcending through multiple layers represents that the soil came quickly, not over millions of years. And it's even worse considering the fragile marine life found transcending through multiple layers. This is proof positive that the layers came quickly from the Global flood and settled around the tree or fish. 5. We observe looking at the crust that there are examples of many layers that have bended from tectonic plates colliding. However, the bends in the layers represents that the soil was hot, malleable, and not hard as seen today. This evidence stands against the slow deposit belief because of the lack of cracks in the layers, and the visible bending of the layers. This supports the layers came quickly and settled while being warm from the catastrophic global flood. And not cold over millions of years. Therefore, the only logical conclusion is that the slow deposit hypothesis of evolution's uniformitarian theory is completely in error, and the Bible's catastrophic global Flood is in perfect harmony with science and best explains the observable evidence. This is a summary of a couple of pages in my book that is 420 pages. wpbeginner'/>

  • Examples Of Choose In A Sentence

    • When Should I Use Choose In A Sentence?
  • Another common use of chosen is as an adjective-like word in expressions such as “the chosen candidate” or “his chosen field.” In those cases, it describes a noun, but the idea of selection is still present. For most situations, remember that choice names the option or decision, while choose performs the action. Choice is most commonly used as a noun, which means it names a decision, an option, or the result of selecting. Correct examples are “They have chosen a date,” “He had chosen poorly,” and “Maria was chosen for the role.” This is one of the most frequent grammar checkpoints in writing. Choose means “to pick from several options,” and it is the present tense form of the verb (the present tense form chooses is used after certain third person subjects, such as she or the committee).

It means to select, decide on, or pick one option from two or more possibilities. This article explains how each form works, when to use it, what common errors to avoid, and how the wider family connects to related vocabulary such as chooser, choosy, and multiple-choice. In practical terms, choose is usually a verb, choice is usually a noun, and chosen is the past participle or an adjective. Arguably, the most important part of making instant ramen is choosing your noodles. Rather than playing in a passing tournament on the eve of official practice beginning on Monday, Wixom and his teammates are choosing to do something that will help others. Not for wit or competence or any of the reasons for which Clare had been chosen, but for her kindness. It has largely chosen to borrow, the option that feels painless because it sends the bill forward.

In some contexts, choice can also describe something of very high quality, especially in more formal or specialized English, as in “choice cuts of meat,” but that usage is less common for learners. This is the key distinction that helps learners avoid mistakes. You might say, “You made the right choice,” “We have many choices,” or “This restaurant is an excellent choice for families.” In each example, choice is not an action; it is the decision or option itself. In all of these cases, choose expresses the action of selecting. You can say “I choose,” but not “I choice” or “I chosen” in standard grammar.

If it makes it easier for you, there are a few synonyms you can use in place of choose, including select, pick, and decide. The best way to avoid these errors is to learn the forms as a system rather than as isolated vocabulary items. The most common mistakes come from mixing up parts of speech and verb forms. Instead, say “I chose the red one” for simple past, or “I have chosen the red one” for present perfect. Learners often write sentences like “I am chosen the red one” or “Yesterday I chosen a seat,” which are incorrect. Chosen is confusing because it is not usually used alone as the main verb in a simple sentence.

It’s like she’s choosing to remember only the good stuff from our lives before the Ranch. Traditional networks hold season-long rights to an array of games, but even Netflix’s strategy of picking and choosing among live events is getting expensive. Constitutional privacy is not lost because the government chooses to invade it one fragment at a time. What does it mean for Europe if the country that set the modern standard for combating antisemitism across the continent chooses to move on at a time of rising Jew-hatred? When she’s not writing, she spends her time reading. Sure, that seems easy enough to remember until you actually have to pick a word, and your brain ends up drawing a blank.

Choosing Between “choose” And “chose” Can Be Easy

Whoever he chooses in his back four against DR Congo, hopefully it works and takes us through the next couple of rounds, at least. Whether he chooses to fulfill his destiny alongside his twin remains to be seen. "You cannot be both. If you fail to choose, your actions will determine where you belong." Instead of only telling patients to sit less, physicians may eventually encourage them to limit television time and choose more mentally engaging activities when they are seated. Any time you decide on one thing over another — whether it's a seat on a plane, a new pair of shoes, or who you want to marry — you choose it. When you pick out one pup from the mass of barking canines, that's the dog you choose.

Many grammar police believe using they as a singular p… Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, as well as a certificate in professional and public writing from Florida International University. Our Grammar Checker can help you with choose and chose, and any other set of commonly confused words, like loose and lose, and many more. Chose /tʃəʊz/ is pronounced as chohz, and it rhymes with toes Your browser does not support the audio element. Chose is the simple past tense of choose. Choose /tʃuːz/ is pronounced like chooz Your browser does not support the audio element.

That is how vocabulary growth becomes durable rather than temporary. Once those roles are clear, sentence building becomes faster, cleaner, and more accurate. Select is formal and common in technical settings. Words become easier to remember when attached to recognizable concepts. This example shows why vocabulary study should include real-world domains. Choice-based compounds are more common and highly practical, including multiple-choice, consumer choice, choice architecture, and pro-choice, each with a specific context and meaning.

Choice also appears in useful patterns that are common in both formal and everyday English. Common examples include “We choose quality over speed,” “Please choose one answer,” and “They can choose later.” Be careful not to replace it with choice, because choice cannot act as the main verb in standard English. For example, “I choose my words carefully” uses the simple present. This often happens in the present tense, after modal verbs, and after infinitive markers. For example, “She has chosen a career in medicine” and “He was chosen for the team” are both correct uses. In “That was a smart choice,” the word choice refers to the decision itself. Keep practicing with short examples, and your word family knowledge will become automatic.

It teaches how English word families work across verbs, nouns, participles, and adjectives. Mastering choose, choice, and chosen gives you much more than three vocabulary items. Opt for suggests a considered preference, as in “Many commuters opt for monthly passes.” Decision overlaps with choice but is not identical; a decision emphasizes the act of deciding, while choice may emphasize available options. It refers to the way options are presented and how that presentation influences decisions. Pick is natural and common, but choose is often better in formal writing, academic work, and careful speech. It also helps when reading quickly, because sentence structure tells you which form is possible before you even think about meaning. Notice that only choose, chose, and chosen can function as verb forms. Once students can identify auxiliaries and noun modifiers, chosen stops feeling irregular and starts feeling predictable.

This adjective use is common in news, social discussion, and literature. In “a chosen family,” it describes relationships formed by commitment rather than biology. If you use an auxiliary verb, you usually need chosen, not choose or chose. In ethics and law, “informed choice” means a decision made with enough reliable information. In plain terms, a choice can mean the decision itself or one of the available possibilities. “The company chose remote work” implies a deliberate decision. People choose wisely, choose carefully, choose between options, choose to remain silent, or choose a career. It also serves as a central guide for miscellaneous vocabulary study, because mastering word families is one of the fastest ways to expand usable English.

Seeing chosen as both participle and adjective helps explain why it appears in many sentence types beyond verb phrases. Understanding this word family matters because it improves grammar, makes speaking sound more natural, and helps with reading, writing, and test performance across cowboyspin sport school, business, and daily communication. Learners mix up choose, choice, and chosen because the forms look similar, yet they do different jobs in a sentence. To get familiar with the difference, take a look at these examples of choose and chose in the kinds of sentences you’ll commonly encounter (and use) them in. In English, the most common way of creating the past tense form of verbs is by adding -ed or -d to the end of the present tense form of the verb. In this article, you’ll learn when to use choose, chose, and other forms like choosing and chosen. Unlike the distinction between loose and lose, which are two completely different words, choose and chose are two different forms of the same verb (whose present tense form means “to select”).
